Funeral services for Bonnie Kay "Big Bonnie" Wannall, 74, of Pryor will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Stephens-Key Chapel in Pryor with burial to follow at Graham Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Lorne Beck will officiate. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Services are entrusted to Stephens-Key Funeral and Cremation Care.
Bonnie Kay Wannall was born on May 27, 1942 to Wilbur and Ruth (Huffman) Banks in Washington, PA. She passed away on February 6, 2017 at her home in Pryor at the age of 74 years, 8 months and 10 days.
She has lived in Pryor for the last 37 years. She married Bernie Wannall on October 28, 1967 in Maryland. She worked at Thomas Restaurant for about 18 years. She loved her job and considered most of her customer's friends.
She enjoyed playing games like Yahtzee and cards and also enjoyed bowling. She enjoyed watching TV and the Hallmark channel was her favorite channel. She loved telling stories and visiting with family and friends, spending time with her kids and grandkids was most important to her. She was a very special lady and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her sons, Rick Wannall and wife Sabrina of Anderson, Missouri, Roy Lee Hawkins and wife Janie and Keith Wannall and wife Rhonda all of Hundred, West Virginia; her daughters Salena Howell and husband Donald of Chouteau, Dawn Watkins and husband of Pryor, Kathy Howell and husband Johnny of Chouteau and Angie Brown and husband Kirby of Baytown, Texas; one daughter in law Penny Hawkins of Hundred, West Virginia; thirty five grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren; two brothers Wilbur Banks of Indiana and Jerry Banks of Virginia; one sister Nancy McFarland of Pennsylvania.
She is preceded in death by her father Wilbur Banks; mother Ruth Stillwagon; husband Bernie; daughter Carmen Jackson; two sons Jerry and Donald; two granddaughters Amari Miller and Amber Hawkins and one brother Jack Banks.
