Gary Wayne Noyes, 61 of Chouteau, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on June 4, 1955 in Tulsa; the son of George and Mabel (Weber) Noyes. Gary faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He married Ruth (Boles) Noyes on December 22, 1982 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a lifetime member of NRA. He was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and Oklahoma Sooners fan. He loved fishing, hunting, riding his Harley and his horses. Gary looked forward to spending time with family; He will lovingly be remembered as Poppie by his grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 14, 2016 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 13, 2016 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel in Chouteau, Oklahoma. Gary is survived by his wife, Ruth Noyes of the home; nephew/son, James Boles of Pryor Oklahoma; daughters, Mechell Deseray (Noyes) Smith and husband Josh of Chouteau, Mable Louise Graham and husband Robert of Souix Falls, South Dakota, Trisha Kay Noyes of Pryor, Maggie May Noyes of Chouteau, honorary child Tarah Mead of Chouteau; grandchildren Raylyne & Rachell, Gary Wayne & Walker Jean and Wesley; brother, Henry Charles Noyes of Chouteau; sister, Debra Joann Dawson of Chouteau; and many cousins, neices, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Mabel Noyes; daughter, Rachell Noyes; brothers, Stevie and Harold Noyes; sister, Sandra Kay Green.
