Services honoring and remembering the life of Hudson Anthony Whorton will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Cedar point Church in Claremore. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Rice Funeral Service. Hudson left footprints on our hearts Friday, April 20, 2018 at his home in Oologah. He was only 4 months old.
Born Dec. 13, 2017 at Claremore Hillcrest Hospital, Hudson was the son of Todd and Megan (Cash) Whorton. He was a fun loving, smiling, stick my tongue out at you kind of baby. His big brother Brantley was always looking out for his little bro. He loved the outdoors, sunshine, bright colors, and the sound of his daddy's thumping and bumping Chevy truck.
Those left to remember him include his parents; his big brother, Brantley Dewayne Whorton; his grandparents: Brent and Patti Crutchfield, Teresa and John Cash, and Bryan Whorton; his great grandparents: Michael and Jeraldine Norvel,, Marilyn and Louis Skinner, and Jack and Judy Heckadon; his aunts: Melissa Phillips and her husband, Matt, Michelle Berry and her husband, David, and Kelsey Massey; his uncles: Waylon Whorton and his wife, Hayley, B.J. Whorton, and James Norvel and his wife, Ashley, and Skyler Cash; his cousins: Kaylee and Kylie Phillips, Jaley Norvel, Remington (Remi) Whorton, and Blaze Schrader (Whorton); and many more great aunts, uncles, cousins, and a special family friend, Jessie Moffett.
The family requests those in attendance of the funeral wear bright colors, which were Hudson's favorite.
