Margaret A. "Marge" Smith, 79, of Silver Spring Township, Mechanicsburg, was called home to be with her Lord on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, at her home.
She was born Feb. 8, 1938, in Sunbury, a daughter of the late Francis and Ada (Smith) Heller.
Marge retired as a salesperson in the shoe department at Boscov's in Camp Hill and was a member of Camp Hill Church of God.
She loved her poodles and enjoyed her trips on Tuesdays to Roots Market in Manheim, trips to Hollywood Casino, and shopping trips.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Clifford J. Smith; three daughters, Dian L. Strohecker, of Enola, Donna L. Baer, of Lewisberry, and Margaret A. Still and husband, Richard, of Carlisle; two brothers, Robert Heller, of Sunbury and Gary Heller, of Buncombe, Ill.; four sisters, Shirley Mowrey and Sheila Arnold, both of Sunbury, Darlene Mowrey, of Danville, and Debra Danley, of Northumberland.
She was preceded in death by one son, John T. Ward; one daughter, Loyette E. Derrickson; two brothers and four sisters.
A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Camp Hill Church of God, followed by the funeral at 2, with Pastor Jason Cooksey officiating.
Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Township.
