Funeral services for Ruby Joann Arneecher Levi, 61, of Salina, will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Standing Rock Baptist Church in Salina. Jesse Youngbird will officiate and burial will follow at Grass Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Services are entrusted to Stephens-Key Funeral & Cremation Care in Pryor.
Ruby was born November 27, 1954 in Claremore to Ned and Joann (Ballou) Arneecher. She passed away on May 16, 2016 in Chouteau at the age of 61 years, 5 months and 19 days.
Ruby grew up in Salina. She was married to Johnny Lee Levi on October 31, 1979 in Salina. They made their home in Salina where they raised their children. She worked for King Louie in Adair as a seamstress. She enjoyed going to Goodwill Stores, garage sales and thrift store shopping. Most of all, she loved her family and loved spending time with them any chance she got.
She was baptized at Church of Freedom and was a current member of Standing Rock Baptist Church in Salina.
She is survived by her husband Johnny of the home; three children, John Levi of Salina, Brian Levi and wife Dani of Pryor and Bruce Hughes and wife Lisa of Chouteau; 6 grandchildren; two brothers, Kenith Arneecher and Clifford Arneecher and one sister, Francis Arneecher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Dan and Edward and one sister, Carrol.
