Mary Ann Coe-Charles, 74, Pryor, died Feb. 6, 2016. Charles was a retired cashier at Homeland in Pryor Service are Thursday, Feb. 11, at 10 a.m. at Stephens-Key Chapel, interment in Lone Chapel Cemetery- in Pryor. Viewing hours and book signing will be held on Wednesday from 1noon unitl 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to to Pryor Animal League in her memory. Services are entrusted to Stephens-Key Funeral & Cremation Care in Pryor. She was born on June 18, 1941 in Brownwood, Texas to William and Lillie Belle (Arlington) Darnelle. She died on Feb. 6, in Tulsa. She was a longtime resident of Pryor. She worked for many years as a grocery cashier at Homeland in Pryor and had retired about 10 years ago. She was a member of the Homeland Grocery Union and also a member of Eastern Star in which she had just received her 50 year pin. She loved crocheting and was an animal lover, especially her dogs. She also loved reading her bible and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pryor. The most important part of her life was her family; she loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. She will be greatly missed by all who shared in her life. She is survived by her three daughters, Deborah Castillo and husband Joseph of Clinton, OK, Anna Brewer and husband Buddy of Houston, Texas and Theresa Hutchison of Sand Springs; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Kimberly, Marshall, Steven, Jason, Erica, Andrea, Christopher, Brandy and Arion and 16 great- grandchildren; two brothers, William (Sonny)Darnelle Sr. of Payson, Ariz and Rick Free of Pryor and numerous nieces, nephews and other special friends and family.
