Clyde passed away in his sleep Monday morning March 18th, 2024, at age 91. He was ill a very short time and died unexpectedly from RSV and Pneumonia, complicated by Alzheimer's. Clyde was born August 14, 1932, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to parents Winfred Cooper (Kip) LaGrone and Geraldine (Beson) LaGrone. Clyde graduated from West Point Military Academy with the Class of 1954. Clyde is preceded in death by his parents and brother. He is survived by his wife Joan (Wheeler) LaGrone of 62 years, six sons, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Clyde loved the outdoors and time with family and friends. Clyde's final resting place will be Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
