David's early years were spent in the close-knit community of Sallisaw, where he was surrounded by the love and support of his family. Though he was preceded in death by his parents, LuAnn and Joe Quinn, and his sisters, Debbie McCombs and Donna Tiblow, David's spirit of family carried on through his relationships with his surviving siblings. He shared a special bond with his brother Rodney and his wife, Kelli, of Killeen, Texas; his brother Dale Quinn of Santa Barbara, California; and his sister Angela Waggoner and her husband Troy. David's legacy also lives on through his 16 adoring nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish the memories of their kind-hearted uncle.
David took great pride in his professional achievements, particularly his trucking school certification. His dedication to his work as a Mail Clerk at the Claremore Daily Progress spanned over 15 years, where he was not only a reliable employee but also a friend to all his colleagues.

David never said no to those in need and never spoke ill of anyone. His big heart and caring demeanor were his trademarks, and he was incredibly giving in every aspect of his life.
David's love extended to his cherished dogs, Chico and Precious, whom he adored as if they were his children. His passion for life was evident in his hobbies, which included fishing and bow huntinga testament to his love for the great outdoors. David also found joy in thrifting, visiting flea markets, and was always the first to arrive with your favorite candy in hand. He had a particular fondness for Jessie's green bean casserole, a dish that will forever remind his loved ones of the many happy gatherings they shared.
