Donnie Ray Hartsell, age 85, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, died at home with his wife Jamesa Hartsell at his bedside on July 31, 2024.
He was born in Claremore Oklahoma on February 9, 1939. Graduated from Claremore High School in 1957. Enlisted in the United States Navy in 1957 -1961, serving 4 years.
Donnie was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Marcella Hartsell, daughter, Vicki Lynn Hartsell, and is survived by his son Richard Lee Hartsell.
Donnie will be buried at the Claremore Cemetery. At Donnie's request and in honor of his wishes, there will be no viewing or grave-site burial.
