Funeral services for Katherine Roberts will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 11:00am at Claremore First Christian Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home with family greeting friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Katherine Roberts was born on August 8, 1920, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to George and Kate (Chambers) Boone. She grew up in Claremore and graduated from Claremore High School in 1938. Katherine was a devoted member of the First Christian Church of Claremore.

Katherine was known for her wonderful cooking and baking skills, delighting family and friends with her delicious meals. She found joy in card games like bridge and pitch, often gathering with her friends for a good time. She also had a passion for dance and was a member of dance groups and enjoyed watching others dance. She was a long-time member of the Indian Women's Pocahontas Club.

Katherine is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack Roberts, Sr., and her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Robyn Anne Wildey of Claremore, her sons, Jack Roberts, Jr. and wife Debbie Warren Roberts and his wife Liz of Muskogee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Julie Lambert, Steve Roberts, David Roberts, Kathleen Abram, Jeff Wildey, Natalie Roberts, and Austin Roberts, as well as nine great-grandchildren, Ty Heist, Olivia Lambert, Ethan Lambert, Madalyn Tah, Landon Tah, Mathew Roberts, Andrew Roberts, Genevieve Abrams, Kacee Moyer, and Caleb Moyer.
