Terry Alan Bue, 61, of North Richland Hills, TX, died Tuesday December 26th, 2023 after having a major heart attack two weeks earlier. He passed peacefully with his family by his side.

Terry was born on August 21st, 1962 to Donald Bue and Jan Bue-Hamm in Claremore, OK. After Terry graduated from Claremore High School in 1980, he went on to study at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in Tulsa, OK.

After graduating in 1988 and receiving his airframe and powerplant mechanic license, Terry landed a job with American Airlines working on the engines at the Tulsa maintenance base. In 1994, he transferred to the Alliance facility in Fort Worth, TX where he worked in the TAESL shop which was a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and American Airlines. He remained there for over 20 years, many of those spent as a production crew chief.

In 1993, Terry met Sherry Louise Whitwam while on a trip to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Terry and Sherry went on to have two children, Aspen and Hunter, and raised their family in Keller, TX.

Terry is survived by his daughter, Aspen Bue, of Montrose, CO; son, Hunter Bue, of North Richland Hills, TX; previous wife, Sherry (Whitwam) Bue, of Haltom City, TX; mother, Jan Bue-Hamm, of Haskell, OK; and sister, Denise Fleming, of Tulsa, OK. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Bue; brothers, Danny and Scott Bue; paternal grandparents, Charles and Catherine Bue; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Alice Boucher; and uncle, Jack "Butch" Boucher.

A celebration of life reception will be held in the springtime. Further details will be shared at a later date.
