Tommy Lee Teltow Jr. (Bud) Obituary

It is with much grief that we announce the passing of Tommy Lee "Bud" Teltow Jr, 57, of Claremore, OK. He passed away peacefully on April 10th, 2025, in Tulsa, OK. Tom was born on January 30th, 1968 in Clovis, CA to Tommy Sr and Linda McGraw Teltow.

Known for his huge and caring heart, Tom found joy in helping his family and friends and was always eager to tell stories of happy memories of those he held dear. To those fortunate enough to know him, he was a source of happiness and laughter through his jokes and pranks. Tom loved his family above everything else, especially his daughter, Raegan, and he loved to share his passion for Cubs baseball, music, and fishing.

Tom grew up in Bearden, OK and attended high school in Okemah, where he met his high school sweetheart and first wife, Gina Cummins, whom he remained close to throughout the remainder of his life. Always keen to watch and learn, Tom followed in his father's footsteps to become a master carpenter and worked in the HVAC trade, taking great pride in his craft.

Tom found happiness in the simpler things in life, and loved spending time with his daughter Raegan, his Pixie-Bob cat Fred, and his two dogs Hank and Yawna.

Tom is survived by his loving mother, Linda; his two children, Raegan and Heath; his sisters, Gina Simmons & Corky Rhodes; his brother, Joe and wife Penny Teltow; brother-in-law Rodney Simmons, and is preceded in death by his father, Tommy Sr.

His memory and spirit lives on with his many nieces and nephews; Ryan, Holly and Cade, Nicholi and Gentry, Christia, Danielle, Jonathan, and Maddie, Samantha & Wally all of whom he loved dearly.

Tom is now reunited in heaven with his dad, Grandma Dean, and Grandpa Otis, Fishing and listening to Harry Caray call homeruns for the Cubs - "It could be, it might be....it is! A home run!"

Flowers can be sent to Sein Shelton Funeral Home in Skiatook, OK. Graveside services will be held at Castle Cemetery in Castle OK, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18th.
